This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Manage a portfolio of dealership partners, ensuring full activation, sustained utilization, and measurable outcomes.
• Transition dealers from live status to complete activation while guaranteeing consistent execution among BDC, service teams, and leadership.
• Identify core issues affecting performance and implement appropriate actions to enhance results.
• Collaborate directly with Service Managers, BDC Managers, General Managers, and leadership to influence behaviors and outcomes.
• Boost utilization and volume, recover dealers at risk, and grow high-performing accounts.
• Monitor key metrics such as appointments, utilization, and growth, holding dealers accountable for outcomes through Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Detect patterns among dealers, extract insights, and offer feedback to refine playbooks and processes.
• Guide and support Dealer Success Managers (DSMs) to enhance execution and overall team performance.
• Automotive experience (5+ years): Background in dealership operations, dealer success, or customer success.
• Comprehensive understanding of fixed operations: In-depth knowledge of BDC, service workflows, and dealership operations.
• Proven track record in driving behavioral change: Experience in influencing dealership teams and leadership to enhance performance.
• High degree of autonomy: Ability to operate independently in the field and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communicator: Capable of effectively collaborating with both frontline staff and leadership.
• Strong sense of ownership: Takes responsibility for outcomes across the portfolio.
• Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with uncertainty.
