This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and assess financial models and pricing scenarios for both standard and non-standard agreements, focusing on key variables such as pricing, discounting, contract duration, usage commitments, and the impact on gross margin.
• Collaborate with Sales to create commercially viable deals by evaluating trade-offs between price, volume, and risk, ensuring that all structures comply with Twilio’s financial guidelines.
• Serve as a compliance advisor and educator for Sales and GTM teams, guaranteeing adherence to internal contracting policies, approval protocols, and discount governance.
• Manage the complete Deal Desk operational workflow within Salesforce/CPQ (from quote generation and pricing approvals to Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure), ensuring 100% data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to expedite deal processing.
• Work alongside Sales and Legal to review and structure non-standard contract language within Order Forms, ensuring compliance with corporate risk and revenue recognition standards.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support broader business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and engage in cross-functional project improvement efforts to scale Deal Desk operations, enhance systems, and optimize internal processes.
• Proficiency or fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, or a relevant analytical Go To Market role. If lacking a degree, a minimum of 5 years of pertinent analytical experience is essential.
• Proven analytical and financial capabilities, with a solid grasp of fundamental financial concepts and the ability to articulate financial trade-offs effectively.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with demonstrated experience in constructing financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses.
• A meticulous, detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple high-velocity requests concurrently while maintaining exceptional organization under tight deadlines.
• A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, comfortable asking clarifying questions and operating with high integrity that reflects the Twilio Magic.
