This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and develop comprehensive agentic AI solutions utilizing contemporary LLM frameworks.
• Construct and launch Generative AI applications leveraging Python.
• Design and oversee AI agents, focusing on tool integrations, memory management, and reasoning workflows.
• Implement orchestration for agents in multi-agent systems and automate complex tasks.
• Utilize advanced prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance.
• Set up frameworks for agent observability (monitoring, tracing, logging, evaluation, guardrails).
• Deploy AI solutions using containerized architectures like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Guarantee the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems in production environments.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Regularly assess model performance and apply optimization techniques.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Practical experience with Generative AI / LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
• Experience in developing end-to-end agentic solutions.
• Hands-on experience in agent creation and orchestration.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and optimization of LLMs.
• Familiarity with container-based deployment strategies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in establishing agent observability (monitoring, tracing, evaluation frameworks).
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration methodologies.
• Competence in deploying AI applications within cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Proficient in English – at least a C1 level.
• Experience with multi-agent collaboration frameworks (preferred).
• Familiarity with evaluation tools (e.g., prompt testing, hallucination detection, guardrails) (preferred).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices (preferred).
• Knowledge of distributed systems design (preferred).
• Experience with real-time AI applications (preferred).
• Background in machine learning fundamentals (preferred).
