This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across departments to execute source-to-target mappings for incoming data (e.g., EHR) against our data model.

• Assist in creating scalable models aimed at automating the mapping of source-to-target data.

• Assess and verify data from diverse sources to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and reliability.

• Play a role in the development and enhancement of ontologies, vocabularies, and data standards that support our platform.

• Identify and assess informatics tools, databases, and content sources to improve the product user experience.

• Conduct quality control checks and gain proficiency in querying data within our regulatory-grade platform.

• Offer essential insights into the design of data architectures, algorithms, and analysis workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of bioinformatics, clinical data science, or a related discipline.

• Experience with biomarker and/or genomic ontologies or terminologies.

• Familiarity with healthcare ontologies or terminologies (such as ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, etc.).

• Proven experience in evaluating and ensuring data quality (e.g., completeness, accuracy).

• A collaborative attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong sense of integrity in work ethic.
