This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage and execute data science and business intelligence projects from initial exploration and experimentation to full production deployment.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Examine extensive datasets to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Design and assess experiments and A/B tests.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, business stakeholders, and analytics teams.
• Enhance and sustain scalable data pipelines and machine learning workflows in partnership with Data and ML engineering teams.
• Leverage AI tools, copilots, and AI agents to streamline workflows and expedite experimentation.
• Contribute to best practices in model development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Over 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics roles.
• Proficient in Python.
• Practical experience with Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong grasp of statistics, experimentation, machine learning methodologies, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with large datasets, SQL, and data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of MLOps and contemporary development practices, including Git, Docker, MLflow, and CI/CD.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools or AI agents to enhance efficiency and automate routine tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Comfortable working within agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience with Airflow, Kubernetes, Jupyter Notebook, Athena, or other big data technologies.
• Bonus: Experience with NLP, LLMs, or AI agent workflows.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Tableau or Superset.
• Bonus: Previous experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
