Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Development of predictive and prescriptive models

• Design and train Customer Segmentation models (clustering, RFM, behavioral profiling)

• Create personalized Recommendation engines to enhance cross-selling and upselling

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define features and prepare necessary training pipelines

• Implement best practices in MLOps

• Translate business needs into Data Science challenges and communicate insights to business stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Applied Statistics/Mathematics

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in similar predictive modeling and recommendation system projects

• Proficiency in ML: Classic algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, time series) and Deep Learning (if applicable)

• Mastery of Python libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, XGBoost, TensorFlow or PyTorch)

• Knowledge of distributed environments (Spark/PySpark) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB)

• Familiarity with containerization environments (Docker) and model lifecycle management (MLOps)

• Experience with Cloudera Data platform, Microservices Architecture, Kafka, API Gateway (Axway), Keycloak

• Agile work methodology (Scrum of Scrums, weekly follow-up committees)
