This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Create AI-driven tools and analytics tailored for Call Centers.

• Employ data-centric programming languages and visualization software to assess extensive data sets and address intricate business challenges.

• Assist in the rollout of data science projects utilizing data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning techniques.

• Retrieve data from various sources and provide predictive modeling solutions.

• Develop sophisticated data solutions that align with client specifications and meet organizational quality benchmarks.

• Leverage data science and machine learning to enhance patient care, streamline healthcare operations, and bolster evidence-based decision-making.

• Establish analytical frameworks, key performance indicators, and dashboards focused on healthcare quality, efficiency, and outcomes.

• Engage with executives, clinicians, IT experts, business analysts, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Organize presentations and consultative services to elucidate analytics findings and solutions.

• Keep abreast of the latest data analysis methodologies, visualization tools, software, and object-oriented programming languages.

• Mentor team members on data science best practices and promote compliance with data governance policies.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Solid understanding of problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in data mining and data modeling techniques.

• Familiarity with natural language processing and machine learning concepts.

• Expertise in data-oriented and object-oriented programming languages.

• Experience utilizing data visualization tools and software.

• Capacity to create predictive models, analytical frameworks, metrics, and dashboards.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with specialized training or pertinent professional credentials.
