Senior Data Modeler, SQL Server, Pharma, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements.

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise OLTP applications.

• Develop scalable SQL Server database architectures that support intricate business workflows.

• Work alongside engineering teams to convert data models into application designs.

• Create data models for pharmaceutical pricing, market access, contracts, tenders, reference pricing, and other related commercial processes.

• Ensure the integrity, normalization, performance, scalability, and maintainability of enterprise applications.

• Construct AI-enabled enterprise solutions utilizing RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and enterprise knowledge assistants.

• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and structured SQL Server data.

• Develop secure and scalable AI solutions that enhance business productivity and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in SQL Server Data Modeling.

• Demonstrated experience in designing enterprise OLTP applications based on business requirements.

• Experience collaborating directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders.

• Strong skills in database architecture and application design.

• Practical experience in building AI-powered enterprise solutions using RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

• Proficiency in SQL Server 2019/2022.

• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL.

• Expertise in enterprise OLTP data modeling.

• Ability to create conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

• Skilled in ER modeling.

• Competent in database architecture design.

• Knowledge of normalization and referential integrity.

• Experience in performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design.

• Knowledge of GPT/OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.

• Experience with vector databases.

• Understanding of semantic search.

• Experience in enterprise AI applications.
