Senior Data Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support data management functions in clinical research (Data Management);

• Manage, create, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations;

• Develop the Query Plan;

• Conduct data cleaning;

• Oversee query management (creation, tracking, analysis of responses);

• Program eCRF/IWRS using specialized software;

• Provide assistance to study users (addressing questions, user creation, access control to the EDC);

• Develop data management documentation (e.g., DMP, UAT, DBL, User Manual, Investigational Product (IP) Dispensing Manual);

• Adhere to deadlines set for the studies you oversee;

• Fulfill all necessary training requirements;

• Serve as the primary contact (both internal and external) for your assigned studies regarding data management;

• Deliver eCRF user training upon request.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields;

• Experience in data management within clinical research (Data Management), preferably in CROs, research centers, or the pharmaceutical industry;

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining clinical databases;

• Intermediate to advanced English skills for reading protocols and regulatory documents.
