Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee the development of scalable data pipelines utilizing Airflow, dbt, and Python.

• Direct the architecture and advancement of the company’s data platform.

• Create integrations across contemporary data stack tools including Fivetran, Redshift, and Sigma.

• Develop serverless data services employing AWS technologies such as Lambda.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish dependable data models and analytics datasets.

• Enhance pipeline reliability through rigorous testing, monitoring, and observability.

• Revamp legacy data processes and enhance automation throughout the platform.

• Mentor engineers and analysts on best practices in data modeling and platform utilization.

• Propel improvements in data governance and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in constructing production data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.

• Proficient SQL skills with experience in modeling extensive datasets.

• Strong Python expertise for developing pipelines and automating processes.

• Familiarity with Airflow, dbt, or other orchestration and transformation tools.

• Experience with modern data stack tools like Fivetran, Redshift, or Sigma.

• Proficient in AWS and serverless data processing technologies such as Lambda.

• Solid understanding of data warehouse architecture and analytics engineering.

• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple teams.
