Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of data engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring high quality and comprehensive documentation.

• Engage directly with both business and technical stakeholders to collect requirements and proactively handle any scope alterations.

• Operate independently with little oversight while identifying obstacles early and suggesting effective solutions.

• Offer technical direction and impact architectural and design decisions.

• Represent the engineering team in a professional manner during interactions with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.

• Extensive production experience with:

• Snowflake

• dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud

• Dagster or Airflow

• Python

• Advanced SQL

• AWS and/or Azure

• GitHub Actions

• Terraform
