Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain financial calculation capabilities and analytical solutions within Cosmos.

• Translate business and finance requirements into data models, calculation rules, and scalable automated processes.

• Integrate commercial, operational, and financial information sources to ensure consistent and reliable results.

• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Data teams to define business rules, assumptions, and calculation methodologies.

• Ensure the quality, traceability, and governance of the data used in calculation and analysis processes.

• Develop and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and datasets that support the solution.

• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

• Document functional designs, business logic, and operational processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.

• Promote best practices in data engineering, analytics, and data product development within the team.
