Senior Data Analyst – Night Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of initiatives through data collection, analysis, summarization, recommendations monitoring, and reporting to facilitate repeatable problem-solving and leadership routines.

• Create reporting and analysis tools to aid Leaders and Teams in achieving continuous improvement in their respective areas, including their own management practices and routines.

• Have a solid understanding of analytics tools (PowerBI, Alteryx, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to analyze historical data trends, conduct volume analysis, and create visual representations of KPIs.

• Analyze data, interpret results using statistical methods, and provide ongoing reports.

• Assist in the development and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies aimed at optimizing statistical efficiency and quality.

• Gather data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

• Identify and define new opportunities for process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.

• Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerApps, Database Management (SQL, Access, Cloudera), Alteryx, Python or a similar Analytics Program, Microsoft Excel, and Lean Six Sigma.

• Demonstrated experience in organizing and transforming information into easily understandable structures.

• Capability to utilize data for predicting trends within the customer base and the broader consumer population.

• Technical expertise in data models, database design development, and data mining.

• Strong analytical abilities to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with precision and accuracy.

• Proficient in querying, report writing, and presenting findings.

• Comfortable using tools and techniques to visualize data in accessible formats, such as diagrams and graphs.

• Prepare reports and present them to management.

• Identify and propose new methods to enhance efficiency by streamlining business processes.

• Monitor data quality and eliminate corrupt data.

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend data content and business requirements.
