Senior Data Analyst – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold dashboards, reports, and on-demand analyses using Tableau and Snowflake to facilitate data-driven decisions.

• Conduct hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, and forecasting to guide product and marketing strategies.

• Build SQL/Python automation and workflow tools (Airflow, dbt) to ensure data quality monitoring and provide real-time alerts to stakeholders.

• Generate insights on customer acquisition, retention, and user experience within a subscription model.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to align business requirements with data initiatives and ensure effective execution.

• Convert complex data into engaging narratives that include actionable recommendations for stakeholders across all levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, including 2 years of providing technical direction to teams.

• Demonstrated experience in an e-commerce setting, particularly with subscription-based models.

• Proficiency in advanced analytics and statistical techniques.

• Skilled in Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R.

• Exceptional ability to convey technical details and overarching business strategies to diverse audiences.
