Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Teams.

• Develop new dashboards and enhance existing reports, including Product Reports.

• Conduct user behavior analysis and identify key moments of insight.

• Analyze data to produce actionable insights, uncover trends and patterns, and offer recommendations to optimize KPIs.

• Track and monitor relevant metrics.

• Design and construct robust data models using SQL.

• Provide and receive constructive feedback from peers and the Leadership Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Data Science, or Economics.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying trends, patterns, and insights within extensive datasets.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to think strategically and make data-informed decisions that align with the organization's objectives.

• Experience in Product Analytics.

• Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar platforms.

• Proficient in advanced SQL.

• Experience with well-known BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

• Background in subscription-based businesses.

• Ability to quickly adapt, learn new tools and methodologies efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
