Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement analytics initiatives focusing on patient journey and line-of-therapy mapping, as well as brand analytics.

• Evaluate structured claims and patient datasets, including DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony claims.

• Carry out exploratory data analysis (EDA) to examine treatment patterns, pathways, and utilization.

• Assist with HEOR/HCRU analyses, which encompass prevalence, burden, incidence, and cost-of-illness studies.

• Create and deliver client-facing insights utilizing dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and visual analytics.

• Construct and enhance SQL queries and pipelines; employ Excel and Python for automation and data analysis.

• Work collaboratively with HEOR, market access, strategy, and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in relevant analytics positions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience with structured datasets such as DRG, Symphony, IQVIA, and McKesson.

• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Background in Pharma/life-science consulting or analytics firms.

• Familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE) sources, including EHR/EMR and CMS datasets.

• Comprehension of line-of-therapy frameworks, treatment guidelines, and market access structures.
