This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers, business teams, development, and data engineering to assist the sales, marketing, and growth teams in identifying problems, tracking product metrics, and monitoring KPIs.

• Convert product and business inquiries into thorough analyses and actionable insights.

• Create and sustain scalable, self-service visualization tools and dashboards.

• Take ownership of all analytics related to Marketing and Growth Product, overseeing the entire product development cycle from data requirement gathering and opportunity sizing to experimentation and post-launch impact evaluations.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a strategic and supportive liaison between technology, business, and product teams.

• Utilize advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques and analyses (such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, supervised learning, etc.) to address product and business challenges that yield significant impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience outside of academic and internship environments, in a quantitative analysis capacity with leading companies or industries (tier 1 consulting firms, investment banking, or tech firms with extensive programming use).

• Proficient SQL skills - to be evaluated during the selection process.

• Proven experience in designing and analyzing experiments within digital products (including A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.).

• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and others.

• Experience applying statistical modeling and advanced analytics to deliver insights that shape product direction.

• Proficiency in statistical programming (Python) along with experience using popular tools like Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter/iPython notebooks.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
