Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers, business teams, development, and data engineering teams to assist the sales, marketing, and growth team in identifying problems, monitoring, and providing visibility into product metrics and KPIs.

• Convert product and business inquiries into analyses and actionable insights.

• Design and sustain scalable, self-service visualization tools and dashboards.

• Manage all analytics related to Marketing and Growth Product: overseeing the complete product development cycle from gathering data requirements and assessing opportunities to experimentation and post-launch impact evaluation.

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a strategic and supportive conduit between technology, business, and product.

• Utilize various advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques and analyses (A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, supervised learning, etc.) to address product and business challenges that yield significant impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role outside of academic and internship settings, preferably in leading companies or industries (top-tier consulting firms, investment banking, or tech companies with a strong emphasis on programming).

• Strong SQL proficiency - to be evaluated during the selection process.

• Proven experience in designing and analyzing experiments for digital products (A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.).

• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and others.

• Experience in applying statistical modeling and advanced analytics to deliver product-influencing insights.

• Proficiency in statistical programming using Python, along with experience with popular tools like Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter/iPython notebooks.

• Outstanding spoken and written English skills.
