Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data.

• Create and sustain executive dashboards using Power BI.

• Model and visualize data in a clear and impactful manner.

• Ensure data integrity and validate semantic Power BI/database models to meet business reporting requirements.

• Document processes, methodologies, and the results of analyses.

• Design and construct dashboards for Call Center and Operations teams, producing actionable insights.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather necessary requirements.

• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in English (mandatory): C1 or above (as daily interactions with clients and stakeholders are required).

• Advanced skills in Power BI (including complex executive dashboards and DAX).

• Strong command of SQL (advanced queries, data validation, and ad-hoc analysis).

• Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and integration.

• Familiarity with Database/Data Warehouse concepts and dimensional data models (such as star schema and fact/dimension tables).

• Proven track record as a Data Analyst or in a comparable position.

• Direct experience collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Executive stakeholders.

• Excellent communication abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business).

• Knowledge of Python.

• Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
