This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and sustain the Marketing Data Model, beginning with GA4 and Google Ads, and extending as new data sources and use cases emerge.
• Create and manage curated datasets/marts that facilitate self-service analytics and dashboards (with stable schemas and reusable logic).
• Execute transformations utilizing SQL (Redshift/Spectrum).
• Assist with data investigations.
• Ensure that the data promoted to the curated zone adheres to quality standards.
• Contribute to documentation and enhance discoverability in DataHub.
• Establish the foundation for the marketing feedback loop for automated martech systems by linking acquisition signals, user behaviors, and outcomes within a scalable data layer.
• Extensive experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar hands-on data role.
• Proficient SQL skills and practical experience in constructing analytical datasets that support scalable reporting and decision-making.
• Knowledge of how to model data to maintain consistent definitions and reusable logic across various use cases.
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and business teams, with the ability to communicate effectively with each.
• Familiarity with warehouse-based analytics environments such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
• Experience with modern data tools such as Airflow, DataHub, dbt, or similar orchestration and cataloging tools.
• Background in supporting self-service reporting using BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or similar applications.
• Proficient in English and either Ukrainian or Russian.
