Senior Data Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish, implement, and uphold data governance policies, standards, and procedures;

• Safeguard the quality, integrity, consistency, and reliability of corporate data;

• Oversee data dictionaries, catalogs, metadata, and business definitions;

• Standardize data models, naming conventions, and classifications;

• Ensure information security, access control, and proper data usage;

• Guarantee compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., LGPD - Brazilian General Data Protection Law);

• Collaborate with business units, IT, BI, and Analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making;

• Support initiatives related to Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Literacy, and Data Management;

• Track indicators and metrics concerning data quality and usage;

• Foster a data-driven culture by guiding users on best practices for data utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in requirements management;

• Familiarity with functional and technical specifications;

• Proficient understanding of data modeling: ER (3NF), star schema, snowflake, and OBT;

• Strong SQL capabilities;

• Significant experience with RDBMS systems;

• Awareness of NoSQL engines;

• Comprehensive knowledge of Big Data and Lakehouse environments;

• Familiarity with Delta Lake and Databricks;

• Experience in data modeling within a business context for the healthcare sector;

• Strong understanding of data governance (DAMA);

• Knowledge of monitoring and optimizing DML performance.
