Senior Dart / Flutter Entwickler – Desktop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will further develop a desktop application for macOS and Windows.

• You will work with Flutter Desktop, complex interfaces, and hardware integration.

• You will design architecture, state management, and module boundaries.

• You will build solutions for form printing, PDF generation, and labels.

• You will ensure stable offline capabilities, local data storage, and reliable synchronization with the server.

• You will keep the requirements of a certified medical product in mind.

• You will review code and share knowledge through mentoring.

• You will shape how AI coding is utilized effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• You should have launched at least one Flutter application in production and maintained it through multiple releases.

• You should have knowledge in state management approaches such as Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider.

• You should have experience at the intersection of Flutter and operating systems, for instance, through custom plugins, platform channels, FFI, or platform-specific builds.

• You should have a clear stance on testing strategies, code quality, and architecture.

• You should think in data models and system contexts.

• You should have solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• Experience with Flutter Desktop is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Unix shells, and scripting is needed.

• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or automotive is a plus.

• You should have fluent German language skills at a minimum C1 level.
