Senior Cybersecurity Requirements Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee security requirements – Identify, establish, and manage security requirements for diverse projects and systems.

• Ensure adherence and risk reduction – Guarantee that all projects comply with set security standards, minimizing potential security threats.

• Collaborate with development teams – Work alongside development teams at headquarters to create and enhance security requirements.

• Utilize requirements management tools – Employ tools such as Polarion for organized requirements management.

• Ongoing monitoring and enhancement – Consistently update, monitor, and ensure the fulfillment of security requirements throughout the project's lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Profound understanding of requirements management processes, cybersecurity best practices, and alignment with stakeholders.

• Knowledge of risk analysis techniques and security assessment frameworks.

• Experience with requirements management tools such as Polarion.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the capacity to perform under pressure.

• Proficient in English (German is an advantage).
