Senior Cybersecurity Consultant 3 – Concierge Security Engineer 3, German Proficient

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• As the main technical liaison, you cultivate a trusted relationship with clients.

• You evaluate security incidents identified by our Security Operations Center (SOC) and articulate them clearly with a focus on solutions.

• You promptly address security-related incidents and offer targeted support during the incident response process.

• You convey best practices in cybersecurity effectively.

• You tackle technical challenges and security concerns across various IT environments with an analytical and solutions-driven approach.

• You assess log data and security events to detect vulnerabilities and threats.

• Preparing technical documentation and reports is an integral part of your daily responsibilities.

• You actively assist in developing workshops, training sessions, and guides to enhance our clients' security posture.

• You also play a role in the continuous improvement of our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in the field of cybersecurity.

• Additionally, you possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in systems, network, or cloud administration.

• You have a solid understanding of IT networks, network security, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS solutions.

• Risk management and vulnerability assessment are among your competencies.

• You are an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, in German and English.

• Technical proficiency in at least 4 of the following areas: network security, operating systems, cryptography/encryption, penetration testing, security tools, cloud security, security frameworks, and vulnerability assessment.

• Strong consulting skills.
