This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the business operations for designated customer contracts to ensure their satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with customers to address concerns and implement corrective measures.
• Manage and uphold the service scope in accordance with service contracts.
• Guarantee timely reporting as stipulated by the service agreements.
• Supervise subcontractors' deliverables and ensure compliance.
• Participate in case management relating to service delivery.
• Identify and execute opportunities for improvement.
• Handle contract modifications and support customer purchase orders.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in one of the following areas: Lifecycle Services, Account Management, Management, Customer Service, Sales, Systems Implementation, Integration, LMR Sales, LMR Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Account Management, Project Management, Public Safety, Military, or Technical Services Sales.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as mandated by government clients.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region 25-50% of the time.
• Ideally seeking a Senior CSM capable of fulfilling responsibilities in both English and French.
