
Senior Customer Success Manager – Industrial Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Grasp their strategic objectives and proactively develop success plans to achieve measurable results.
• Conduct quarterly success reviews, provide insights on product updates, and assist customers in their journey to maximize ROI.
• Supervise the onboarding process, encourage training opportunities, foster customer communities, and maintain high engagement levels.
• Oversee the renewal process, reduce churn, and collaborate with Sales to pinpoint expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Anticipate potential challenges, connect customers with the appropriate internal resources, and advocate for new product features when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Training, Support, and Sales teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.
• 7+ years in a customer-facing position within B2B SaaS, technology, or industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience engaging with customers in process manufacturing industries (e.g., chemicals, oil & gas, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals) and familiarity with their workflows and challenges.
• Proven success in leading large, cross-functional projects or programs (e.g., digital transformation, analytics implementations, or multi-site initiatives).
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients in process manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of process manufacturing operations and KPIs to enhance adoption and success.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior leaders (Director+) at Fortune 500 companies and cultivate enduring relationships.
• Experience managing renewals and fostering account growth in complex, global organizations.
• Strong business acumen paired with a data-driven approach—you know how to leverage customer health indicators to adjust strategies when necessary.
• Comfortable navigating enterprise IT/OT environments; familiarity with time-series and industrial data analytics is advantageous.
• Proficient in translating corporate goals into actionable customer strategies and delivering executive-ready presentations.
• Current or previous experience using Seeq's product is a significant advantage.
