This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create customized onboarding and training strategies for new enterprise clients in the APAC region to guarantee they effectively learn, adopt, and succeed with the Traackr product. This encompasses focused coaching and use case evaluation.
• Identify key success metrics for clients' influencer programs to ensure there are both quantitative and qualitative methods to assess progress.
• Utilize insights on current program gaps to enhance and showcase the Traackr product alongside strategic program objectives.
• Oversee and respond to adoption and usage metrics for clients in the APAC territory.
• Collaborate with Client Partners and other Customer Success Managers to implement strategic account management initiatives by recognizing and escalating signals of at-risk accounts and opportunities for further account development.
• Over 7 years of experience as a customer success manager working with global enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with SaaS technologies, ideally within marketing or communication ecosystems, either directly or in support of a marketing product or technology.
• Background in beauty or influencer marketing.
• Proven public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Experience in leading dynamic workshops that include content delivery and engaging activities for both small and large audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally, across various regions.
• Capability to engage with clients at all organizational levels.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach. You will be a true team player, understanding the importance of making individual contributions while continuing to support your peers.
• Experience in a consultative role with clients; comfortable leading workshops, delivering presentations, and engaging in high-level discussions about goals, work programs, and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of another APAC language is a plus.
