
Senior Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for a dedicated portfolio of 750 small to enterprise accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships at various levels within each account, including with executive sponsors.
• Utilize engagement data and account insights to foresee customer requirements.
• Spearhead organized save initiatives for accounts at risk.
• Take ownership of the complete renewal process for your business portfolio.
• Identify, document, and manage expansion forecasts.
• Create and implement personalized adoption strategies.
• Align customer objectives with PreVeil's capabilities.
• Foster customer advocates and establish reference accounts.
• Utilize internal systems and AI tools to enhance customer engagement.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS setting.
• Proven success in managing small to enterprise accounts, including relationships at the executive level.
• Demonstrated ability in driving product adoption, executing save efforts, and managing renewal results.
• Outgoing and personable with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Possess an organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth, and goal-focused environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and customer service focus; an excellent team player.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.6.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar customer success platforms is mandatory.
