This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of onboarding and implementation strategies for new clients; collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless and successful rollout of Coder’s platform.
• Eliminate obstacles to adoption so that clients can quickly achieve their desired results.
• Interact with customers to grasp their goals, challenges, and use cases, offering customized advice and recommendations.
• Discover growth opportunities within current accounts and work alongside Sales on upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Manage renewals and forecasting, ensuring commitments are fulfilled promptly and effectively.
• Act as the main contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations, collaborating with Coder teams to find resolutions.
• Track and report on customer health and usage metrics.
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of Coder’s products to ensure comprehensive support for customers globally.
• Over 3 years of experience in software/SaaS sales and/or customer success, preferably with enterprise-level exposure.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tools, coding agents, platform engineering, CI/CD, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Practical experience with Salesforce and other recognized customer success platforms.
• Proven track record of establishing robust relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Consistent internal advocacy for clients, coupled with the ability to provide actionable insights for Product and cross-functional teams.
• Regularly updated knowledge of industry trends, customer success best practices, and the competitive landscape.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• High emotional intelligence with excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills.
• Self-driven with a creative and analytical mindset for problem-solving.
