This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer daily expert guidance to current customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and product teams.
• Proactively assist customers with their architectural and product setup and decision-making.
• Address and resolve complex situations in collaboration with Developers and Field Engineers.
• Contribute to Solo.io projects by submitting issues, pull requests, and documentation.
• Stay updated with the rapid developments in Solo.io products and related technologies to maintain domain expertise and credibility.
• Handle stressful situations with calm professionalism, empathy, and compassion.
• Engage actively with the Solo.io community and associated open source projects to promote adoption and enhance external contributions.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficient understanding of Go, Java, Node.js, or other contemporary programming languages.
• Capability to delve into code for troubleshooting purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
