This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• You will serve as the technical expert on the Sysdig Platform, reporting directly to the Director of Customer Success EMEA, and become the primary advisor for customers.
• Your role will involve assisting with customer onboarding, thereby facilitating adoption.
• You will gain insights into customer requirements, challenges, and the desired outcomes and value they anticipate from their Sysdig experience.
• You possess over one year of experience in a Cyber Security position within or alongside Cloud Ecosystems, either in a consulting or professional services capacity.
• You have at least 2 years of post-sales experience, concentrating on customer growth and retention.
• Familiarity with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Cloud Platforms is essential.
