This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the implementation of CRM campaigns and customer engagement strategies across various channels using Braze.
• Configure and customize Braze to execute agreed-upon strategies, journeys, and campaign plans.
• Design, launch, and enhance targeted campaigns utilizing segmentation, personalization, and automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and clients to ensure strategic and execution alignment.
• Manage and analyze customer data to enhance campaign performance, optimization, and audience targeting.
• Conduct quality assurance across campaigns, integrations, and supporting documentation to guarantee delivery quality and precision.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports that deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Act as a reliable client partner, assisting in translating business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with Braze capabilities and industry best practices, applying innovative approaches to improve client outcomes.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives in delivery processes, campaign execution, and platform utilization.
• Over 5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement roles.
• Strong practical experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Proven track record of executing multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• In-depth understanding of segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing principles.
• Experience with customer data, relational databases, and campaign performance analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail, including quality assurance of campaigns, integrations, and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities acquired through client-facing or agency roles.
• Capability to work efficiently across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
• Braze certifications (e.g., Practitioner, Marketer) (Desirable).
• Extensive practical experience with the Braze platform and its advanced features (Desirable).
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and campaign optimization (Desirable).
• Background working in agency, consultancy, or high-growth Martech environments (Desirable).
• Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), audience activation, or data-driven customer engagement programs (Desirable).
