This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the implementation of CRM campaigns and customer engagement strategies across various channels using Braze.
• Set up and tailor Braze to execute the established strategies, journeys, and campaign frameworks.
• Create, launch, and refine targeted campaigns utilizing segmentation, personalization, and automation features.
• Work in tandem with CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and clients to ensure a cohesive approach between strategy and execution.
• Manage and evaluate customer data to enhance campaign performance, optimization, and audience targeting.
• Conduct quality assurance across campaigns, integrations, and associated documentation to guarantee delivery quality and precision.
• Track campaign performance and generate reports that offer clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Act as a reliable client partner, assisting in translating business needs into effective CRM solutions.
• Keep abreast of Braze functionalities and industry best practices, implementing innovative methods to enhance client outcomes.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives across delivery processes, campaign execution, and platform usage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement positions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or comparable CRM systems.
• Demonstrated experience in executing multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing concepts.
• Experience managing customer data, relational databases, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in the quality assurance of campaigns, integrations, and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities developed through client-facing or agency experiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level.
