This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Gather and uphold accurate and up-to-date information for dentists.
• Complete credentialing and re-credentialing applications; oversee applications and provide necessary follow-ups.
• Ensure up-to-date state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice insurance, and other essential credentialing documents for providers.
• Manage corporate provider contract documentation.
• Stay informed about the latest dental plan and agency credentialing standards.
• Establish and maintain provider information in online credentialing systems and databases.
• Monitor license and certification expiration dates to guarantee timely renewals.
• Confirm that practice addresses are up-to-date with dental plans, agencies, and other relevant entities.
• Review dental plan directories for accurate and current provider details.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of provider information.
• Provide verifications for credentialing and privileging.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous work experience is preferred.
• On-the-job training will be offered.
