This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with the Coupa Implementation / Integration Team to successfully execute the Coupa rollout of the established P2P Process at new locations.
• Provide technical assistance to application users and support error management through the administration of Jabil’s support ticketing system.
• Contribute to the design, development, testing, training, and deployment of additional Coupa modules as required.
• Identify opportunities to leverage additional Coupa features or modules.
• Offer Coupa application support, assess training needs, and recommend improvements for functionality and business processes.
• Partner with Global Shared Services: Engage with the regional catalog and supplier enablement teams to ensure a uniform approach worldwide.
• Assist in creating intake forms to enable end users to request support for loading catalogs, enabling punch-out, or facilitating cXML invoicing.
• Coordinate with the purchasing community to ensure the implementation of buying channels that enable Jabil to maintain a competitive edge in supply chain management.
• Build successful relationships with the purchasing community and Coupa users to implement and apply purchasing strategies.
• Support Business Units in identifying cost-saving opportunities for sourced components.
• Demonstrate the return on investment for all enhancements made to Jabil’s supply chain tools or processes.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations related to this position as directed by the supervisor.
• Adhere to, follow, and enforce all procedures outlined in the company security policy.
• May undertake other assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Proven experience working with Coupa Procure to Pay is essential, with a focus on core procure-to-pay processes, contracts (CLMA, CLMS), and general system administration.
• Capability to create procedural manuals.
• Proficient in presenting information or training materials effectively and addressing questions from relatively large groups.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, project management, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, summarize information, and draw valid conclusions.
• Competence in solving practical problems with limited information.
• Ability to interpret various instructions provided in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure with continuously changing priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, information systems, or finance.
• Three to five years of relevant business experience.
• Coupa certification is preferred, but not required.
