This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in maintenance and developmental support initiatives.

• Guarantee the stability and ongoing enhancement of the client's procurement and supply chain processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with the COUPA platform.

• Background in AMS (Application Management Services), application support, and maintenance.

• Understanding of procurement processes.

• Acquaintance with the SAP MM module.

• Proven experience in analyzing and resolving incidents, issues, and enhancement requests.

• Preferred: knowledge of the SAP SD module.
