Senior Conversion Copywriter – all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Craft high-converting copy across various formats: landing pages, advertorials, listicles, Meta ads, UGC scripts, and VSLs.

• Take ownership of funnels by considering customer journeys.

• Contribute to shaping the overall experience.

• Develop an instinct for your audience: communicate with people, not just personas.

• Engage in testing and optimization: A/B testing is fundamental to your work.

• Demonstrate ownership with impact: generate ideas, implement them, and evaluate the results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of direct response copywriting experience in DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing.

• Proven track record: you can provide specific metrics.

• Campaigns you have developed and overseen.

• Copy that has resulted in measurable conversions.

• No portfolio without evidence — performance proof must be included.

• Strong grasp of sales psychology: AIDA serves as a starting point, not the endpoint.

• Understanding the real effects of scarcity, urgency, and social proof — and knowing when to omit them.

• Familiarity with behavioral psychology frameworks; you are likely aware of figures such as Peter Kell or Robert Cialdini.

• Proficient in AI-driven workflows: you adeptly utilize AI tools for ideation, scaling variants, or research.

• Acknowledge that the distinction between mediocre and exceptional rests on your capabilities.

• Possess a doer mentality: you thrive on completing tasks.

• You deliver results without waiting for consensus.

• Fluent in German.

• Your writing effectively sells, rather than just impresses.
