Senior Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all commercial agreements between the company and its clients and vendors, which include master services agreements, consulting agreements, independent contractor agreements, confidentiality agreements, work orders, change orders, and other contracts, while escalating complex issues to the corporate legal team.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keeping relevant leadership and business teams informed about the progress of contract negotiations and executions.

• Coordinating the execution of agreements and monitoring expirations and other obligations.

• Aiding in the design and upkeep of contract files and databases.

• Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure timely contract execution.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and taking the initiative to enhance them.

• Performing additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or certificate.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, handling time-sensitive matters while ensuring precision and attention to detail.

• Well-developed interpersonal skills.

• Sound judgment and a proactive, independent work ethic.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.

• Competence in working cross-functionally with various team members at different organizational levels.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to read, write, speak fluently, and comprehend the English language.
