This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and manage an enterprise content strategy that aligns with business objectives and industry go-to-market plans.
• Define and implement core thought leadership themes across Woolpert’s various markets.
• Establish content priorities, governance structures, and planning processes.
• Ensure content alignment across different regions, industries, and channels.
• Translate technical expertise into clear and differentiated insights.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders to craft compelling narratives.
• Support strategies for executive positioning and visibility.
• Create key messages and narratives for leadership roles.
• Lead the development of executive thought leadership content.
• Align content with go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all content.
• Align thought leadership with key engagements.
• Utilize content across digital, social media, PR, and sales enablement channels.
• Collaborate to enhance SEO-driven strategies and performance tracking.
• Monitor engagement metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
• Enhance the impact and effectiveness of content initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or communications.
• Proven experience with enterprise content strategy and executive thought leadership.
• Expertise in content strategy development and storytelling techniques.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with executives.
• Capability to transform technical content into clear, engaging, customer-focused narratives.
• Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
• Experience in creating thought leadership and value-driven content.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital content optimization practices.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong project management abilities.
