This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create platform-specific graphics such as quote cards, carousels, and visual posts tailored for optimal LinkedIn engagement.
• Implement a strong typographic hierarchy, disciplined layout, and visual clarity in every design asset.
• Ensure all deliverables are meticulously proofread and polished prior to submission, identifying spelling errors and typos independently with the aid of both AI tools and personal review.
• Modify design styles based on performance metrics on the platform.
• Evaluate an existing archive of hundreds of LinkedIn posts to pinpoint strong candidates for repurposing.
• Revamp and repackage older content with modern graphics and a fresh presentation style.
• Develop a sustainable repurposing workflow that maintains an active content calendar without starting from scratch each time.
• Keep abreast of current trends on LinkedIn, particularly for creators and thought leaders in similar fields.
• Actively share ideas and insights without waiting to be prompted.
• Investigate formatting trends, engagement patterns, and content types that are currently gaining popularity.
• Produce initial drafts of LinkedIn posts using AI writing tools, applying genuine editorial judgment.
• Understand the elements of a compelling LinkedIn post, including hook, structure, and tone, beyond just AI-generated outputs.
• Enhance AI-generated drafts into posts that resonate as human, credible, and brand-consistent.
• Demonstrated experience in designing content specifically for LinkedIn, rather than general social media platforms.
• Strong appreciation for typography, layout, and the elements that make a graphic attention-grabbing on a professional platform.
• Meticulous attention to detail: you identify errors before they are noticed by others.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and the discernment to evaluate when output is satisfactory and when it requires improvement.
• Proactive communicator who provides regular updates and maintains open lines of communication.
• Eagerness to learn: you research, experiment, and share your findings without needing direction.
• Dependable and consistent: deadlines are adhered to, communication remains transparent, and nothing is overlooked.
• Experience in writing or editing LinkedIn content for thought leaders or executives (Nice to Have).
• Background in supporting personal branding or content strategy for prominent individuals (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with scheduling or content management tools for LinkedIn (Nice to Have).
• USD payment (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th).
