This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take charge of Lifted’s content production schedule and processes.
• Oversee the complete delivery of blogs, reports, case studies, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, videos, campaigns, and thought leadership projects.
• Ensure that projects progress smoothly through the phases of briefing, creation, review, approval, publication, and distribution.
• Monitor deadlines, dependencies, and production milestones across various simultaneous projects.
• Maintain awareness of all current marketing outputs and proactively mitigate risks to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to implement thought leadership initiatives.
• Manage executive content projects including podcasts, webinars, speaking engagements, industry reports, contributed articles, newsletters, and social media content.
• Gather insights from internal experts and convert them into organized content opportunities.
• Ensure that leadership content aligns with strategic business goals and market trends.
• Serve as the main coordination point across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Events, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Foster accountability for content contributions, approvals, interviews, customer testimonials, and subject matter expert involvement.
• Organize customer interviews, case study creation, executive thought leadership initiatives, and campaign requirements.
• Follow up consistently to keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are met.
• Uphold editorial consistency across all content and communications.
• Assist leadership with messaging, content evaluations, speaking engagements, webinars, podcasts, and strategic communications.
• Collaborate with both internal and external writers, designers, video editors, and agencies to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure all content is in line with Lifted’s positioning, tone, and strategic objectives.
• Continuously refine content production processes, templates, systems, and workflows.
• Utilize AI tools, automation, and agency resources to enhance output and efficiency.
• Manage project tracking within Asana or similar platforms.
• Identify obstacles and implement scalable solutions to boost team performance.
• Ensure that content is effectively distributed across web, social media, email, events, webinars, ABM campaigns, and sales enablement channels.
• Monitor performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in reporting on content effectiveness, engagement, influence, and commercial impact.
• Over 7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, marketing operations, enablement, project management, or a comparable B2B marketing position, preferably in SaaS, technology, workforce solutions, or enterprise-focused organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects while coordinating multiple stakeholders, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a background in collaborating directly with executives, leadership teams, sales, customer success, and external partners.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, providing structure, accountability, and clarity in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and editorial skills, with the capability to convert business objectives and subject matter knowledge into compelling content, thought leadership, and enablement strategies.
• Comfortable using modern marketing technologies and AI-driven workflows, including tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Jira, Asana, Google Analytics, and emerging content automation platforms.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and accountable, with strong ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to developing scalable processes that enhance team execution.
