This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with the Director of Product Marketing & Developer Relations to formulate the content strategy — identifying what we produce, for whom, in what formats, and the rationale behind it.
• Manage the content calendar and editorial workflow, ensuring coordination within the Product Marketing & Developer Relations team as well as the broader marketing organization.
• Provide strategic guidance to the technical content writers on the team, ensuring that their output is in line with business objectives and product positioning.
• Diversify content beyond traditional blog posts and guides into various formats such as ebooks, infographics, social media series, video content, hands-on labs, and sales enablement materials.
• Oversee and enhance our YouTube and video content strategy, transforming our channel into a premier resource for the observability and cloud-native community.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics — including organic traffic, engagement levels, lead generation, and pipeline impact. Utilize data to refine strategies based on effectiveness.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, particularly targeting technical audiences.
• Proven experience in leading content strategy across diverse formats — extending beyond blog posts to include video, ebooks, infographics, enablement resources, or interactive content.
• Familiarity with video content creation and strategies for YouTube growth aimed at a technical audience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive on creating frameworks rather than adhering to them.
• Experience in providing editorial oversight to writers or content creators, influencing the output without being the primary content producer.
• Sufficient technical acumen to engage with complex subjects and guide technical content writers, even if you are not the most technically versed individual in the room.
• A data-driven mindset — you assess how content influences the revenue lifecycle and adapt strategies based on data insights.
