Senior Content Marketing Manager, Faculty Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a strategic content initiative aimed at enhancing faculty brand recognition, engaging the audience, and fostering business growth.

• Collaborate with fellow content marketers to create a cohesive faculty marketing content strategy that aligns with branding, demand, and market entry objectives.

• Produce and manage high-quality content across various formats, including events, blogs, articles, ebooks, white papers, case studies, videos, and sales enablement resources.

• Refine and elevate content to ensure it adheres to quality, voice, and storytelling standards.

• Work alongside Faculty Demand and Engagement teams to bolster acquisition, nurturing, and conversion initiatives.

• Monitor and report on essential content metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and their impact on the sales pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, publishing, or storytelling positions.

• Proven ability to develop and implement content strategies that yield measurable outcomes.

• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with the flexibility to adjust tone across different formats and audiences.

• Strong knowledge of digital content, SEO principles, and content distribution methods.

• Experience collaborating across functions in fast-paced, matrixed settings.

• Background in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or complex purchasing environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with content performance analytics and marketing automation tools is preferred.

• Experience in supporting demand generation or product marketing efforts is preferred.

• Proficiency in using Adobe or Canva for basic design tasks.

• Capability to direct video editing and perform simple video editing tasks.
