This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage one or more accounts or significant audit projects.
• Concentrate on growth, the operationalization of new products and solutions, and oversee product management for Content Enablement.
• Ensure successful delivery of audit services by managing assigned teams and meeting client needs and expectations.
• Develop and implement essential metrics to enhance quality, productivity, and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Review audit progress against established metrics and direct activities to meet business goals and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Business Optimization and other support functions.
• Enhance efficiency and productivity while lowering operational costs and maintaining compliance.
• Foster continuous development of innovative audit solutions and optimize audit processes.
• Manage customer issues and conflicts, communicate directly with clients, and act as the primary escalation point.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the SAM on existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Collaborate with clients and sales teams on renewals and RFP processes.
• Analyze customer needs and service requirements, recommend pricing structures and contract stipulations, and contribute to RFP responses.
• Facilitate contract terminations or scope modifications and negotiate account transition procedures and pricing.
• Plan audit staffing, workloads, and staff assignments.
• Oversee the selection, supervision, evaluation, and development of staff.
• Establish objectives and conduct performance evaluations.
• Work with Human Resources on performance management, progression, and compensation actions.
• Address employee concerns in alignment with Human Resources policies.
• Support training, career advancement, knowledge sharing, best practices, benchmarking, whitepapers, and IT tool enhancements.
• Ensure staff training on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proactively plan for succession and growth to avoid productivity and customer service gaps.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in healthcare auditing, claims, or healthcare billing is required.
• Previous experience with direct client interaction (account management, audit, sales, etc.) is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and claim databases is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 5 years of people management experience, preferably with large teams, is required.
• Strong capability to manage and derive action from metrics.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building abilities across various functions and business lines.
• Experience in client-facing roles (account management, audit, sales).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of relevant industry standards.
