This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the editorial and content strategy for SanityDesk.
• Produce diverse content formats such as articles, videos, ebooks, and presentations, collaborating with freelancers (or potentially creating content independently) to engage target audiences and enhance brand recognition, lead generation, sales, customer engagement, and retention.
• Partner with product marketing, demand generation, and educational teams to disseminate content that provides value to our audiences and encourages repeat visits to SanityDesk.
• Work closely with third-party content collaborators to expedite our outreach to essential audiences.
• Discover innovative methods to narrate SanityDesk customer stories that extend beyond conventional case studies.
• Engage in content performance analysis and assist in formulating strategies to boost engagement and effectiveness.
• Establish editorial governance to guarantee that content aligns with SanityDesk’s brand voice, style, and tone.
• Offer oversight and direction regarding creative decisions and related communications, including social media and public relations.
• Supervise freelance writers, translators, and other contributors as needed.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize campaign messaging and distribution.
• A strong enthusiasm for SanityDesk’s mission and values.
• At least 3 years of experience in content marketing (preferably in SaaS or technology sectors).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing and/or martech domains.
• Manage the entire content marketing production and distribution workflow, including collaboration with writers and content creators.
• Proven track record of creating engaging content that educates, converts, and performs well in search rankings.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to research, coupled with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of SEO performance metrics and current SEO trends and technologies.
• Experience in product marketing and a grasp of the ‘jobs to be done’ framework for understanding consumer needs.
• Proficient in utilizing data analytics to assess and continuously enhance the impact of content on lead generation and thought leadership.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within and across teams, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
• Minimum Advanced (C1) proficiency in English to ensure consistently high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand voice.
• Professional-level English copywriting skills would be a significant advantage.
