• Take ownership of the localization strategy for European markets across key languages (currently five).
• Move beyond simple translation by tailoring messaging to meet regional requirements, purchasing motivations, and cultural nuances.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and/or vendors to develop a consistent and efficient localization workflow.
• Ensure that localized content adheres to global brand standards while remaining authentic and relevant to local audiences.
• Prioritize and oversee localization initiatives for website content, demand generation assets, marketing campaigns, and digital interactions.
• Work alongside the Director of Demand Generation (Europe) and regional Sales leaders to pinpoint priority personas, accounts, and pipeline necessities.
• Investigate regional industries, customer challenges, and competitive landscapes to shape content strategy.
• Create diverse content types (blogs, ebooks, case studies, videos, social media posts, landing pages) that guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Develop messaging that is not only informative but also distinctive, engaging, and memorable, in alignment with our brand voice and product positioning.
• Collaborate closely with sales and account teams to ensure content resonates with ongoing market conversations.
• Customize messaging for various stages of the buyer's journey to enhance conversion rates and nurture outcomes.
• Analyze and refine performance to ensure significant impact.
• Contribute to establishing ServiceChannel’s brand presence in key European markets without heavily relying on additional budget.
• Work with the Social Media Manager to broaden reach in relevant channels for targeted regions.
• Adapt existing global programs, content, and platforms for regional effectiveness.
• Curate compelling content and help enhance thought leadership for European sales and account leaders on LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage regional communities, forums, events, and peer networks where social proof and credibility are essential.
• Serve as the content marketing lead for Europe within the global Brand & Content team.
• Partner closely with US-based Brand, Content, Social, and Creative Services teams.
• Act as a conduit between global strategy and regional implementation, advocating for European needs while ensuring consistency.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on content creation and execution.
• Over 7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or complex enterprise solutions sector.
• Experience in building or scaling content programs across Europe.
• Strong comprehension of localization versus translation, with the ability to operationalize it effectively at scale.
• Demonstrated capability to produce content that drives demand generation and pipeline expansion.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced environments with budget constraints.
• Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and editorial judgment.
• Experience collaborating with sales, demand generation, and regional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; business proficiency in two additional languages from our target regions (Italian, French, German, and Spanish) is preferred.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at establishing processes from the ground up.
