• Serve as the primary contact for incoming media inquiries
• Actively engage with journalists to build relationships
• Oversee the development of press releases and media pitches
• Track earned media coverage and analyze performance metrics
• Manage the comprehensive content production process
• Customize content to fit various platforms and target audiences
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective campaign execution
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in public relations, communications, or marketing
• Proven ability to handle media relations and oversee content workflows
• A proactive problem-solver with a continuous learning attitude
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector is a plus
• Must possess empathy to work effectively with diverse communities
