📋 Description

• Oversee product enablement for new feature rollouts by converting technical details into clear, engaging content that enhances understanding and encourages adoption.

• Develop and manage high-quality resources - including videos, product demonstrations, and tours - while collaborating across departments to ensure consistent messaging.

• Publish and uphold enablement resources across suitable channels, maintaining consistency in naming conventions, version control, and distribution.

• Evaluate the usage and impact of enablement materials to discern what promotes understanding and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product enablement, product education, customer education, product marketing, or related roles that focus on articulating SaaS functionality.

• Prior experience in creating enablement or educational resources for SaaS offerings and new feature launches.

• Proven ability to explain product functionalities clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Practical experience in producing product content from start to finish, including scripting, screen recording, voiceover, editing, and publishing.

• Proficient video editing skills with the capability to independently create polished and engaging product videos.

• Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.

• Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple launch timelines, content formats, and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to content quality, consistency, and technical precision.

• Familiarity with Intercom or similar platforms for setting up product tours, in-app guidance, and feature adoption workflows.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting product priorities.

• Self-motivated individual with strong ownership skills, capable of guiding projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.
