This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate client discussions to establish objectives, guide decision-making, and confidently present strategic recommendations.
• Take charge of content strategy from inception to implementation, ensuring it aligns with business goals, audience requirements, brand voice, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct research on audiences, industries, and competitive environments to inform both strategy and daily writing tasks.
• Write, edit, and enhance content across various formats, maintaining a high standard for clarity, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Writing is fundamental to this position.
• Assume complete ownership of workstreams, delivering thoughtful and refined work that consistently meets or surpasses expectations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather insights, align on messaging, and integrate feedback throughout iterative review processes.
• Develop and update toolkits, templates, and guidelines that facilitate consistent and scalable content delivery.
• Foster trusted client relationships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.
• Work in partnership with AEO/SEO, paid media, design, and development teams to produce cohesive, multichannel content campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content quality, reinforce strategic alignment, and improve collaboration with clients.
• You are a strategic thinker with over 7 years of experience, including time at a creative or digital agency, leading client-facing projects and developing effective content strategies.
• You possess strong communication skills and are confident in presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• You are a talented writer and editor, skilled in crafting polished, impactful content across various formats such as articles, webpages, emails, social media, and display advertisements.
• You ensure clarity, consistency, and creativity in every piece of content, aligning with brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs.
• You are a collaborative and confident leader, excelling at relationship building and working with cross-functional teams.
• You are detail-oriented and highly organized.
• You effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks while remaining adaptable to changing client demands.
• Additionally, you bring some or all of the following skills:
• Proficient in creating presentation decks that clearly convey strategic recommendations.
• Knowledgeable in SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices for content, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and the evolution of content for AI-driven search.
• Eager to incorporate AI tools into content workflows when appropriate, without compromising quality or editorial judgment.
• Familiar with UX writing principles and best practices.
• Comfortable using Figma and collaborating with design teams.
• Enthusiastic about creating content that performs well on social media, including through A/B testing.
