Senior Content Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create and develop Claude skills, MCP integrations, and automated workflows that convert internal knowledge into publication-ready documents with minimal manual effort.

• Serve as the final reviewer for content generated by AI-assisted processes and engineers, ensuring a high standard for technical precision and quality.

• Establish content frameworks and metadata standards that guarantee our documentation is suitable for agent consumption and machine parsing.

• Educate and assist engineers and PMs in documenting their features using the tools and frameworks you develop.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure that new features are accompanied by context-ready documentation.

• Create automated systems to detect content gaps and outdated documents, utilizing metrics to monitor quality and documentation satisfaction.

• Collaborate with Developer Advocates to enhance tutorials, blog posts, and SDK documentation for significant releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong Technical Background: Proficiency in reading and writing code (TypeScript or Python preferred), creating integrations, and comfortably navigating SDKs and APIs.

• Outstanding Writing & Editing Skills: The capability to transform a rough technical draft into a polished product that developers appreciate, with a keen focus on clarity and structure.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM Tools: Practical experience in building with or around LLMs, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted processes.

• Systematic Thinking: An approach that emphasizes pipelines and frameworks over isolated documents to address content challenges at a systemic level.

• Team-Oriented Mindset: A proactive attitude towards collaborating with engineering and product teams to gain support and achieve timely outcomes.

• Proficiency in English: Professional-level fluency in English for effective writing and global team collaboration.
